In an air conditioning system, chilled water is usually dispensed to a heat exchanger, or coils are cooled in an air handling unit, or other type of terminal equipment in their respective spaces, and then the cooling water is distributed from the head back to the cooling and is cooled. These cooling coils carry sensible heat and latent heat from the air to the chilled water, thus typically dehumidifying the cooling air stream. A typical air conditioning unit is rated for a cooling capacity of 15 to 1500 tons. The chilled water temperature ranges from 35 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit or 1.5 to 7 degrees Celsius, depending on the application.

In the chiller refrigerant recirculation system, the liquid refrigerant in the transpiration absorbs the heat in the water and begins to transpire. The final refrigerant forms a certain temperature difference with the water. The liquid refrigerant is also completely transpiration and becomes gaseous, and is sucked by the compactor. Tightening, the gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser, and is condensed into a liquid. After being saved by the thermal expansion valve, it becomes a low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant to enter the transpiration device, and the refrigerant recirculation process is completed.

When the chiller is used to form a finished product, because of the type of material, the size and shape of the finished product area are different, and the clamping force required is also different. When adjusting the mold, please adjust according to the minimum clamping force of the actual demand. In this way, power consumption can be saved and the life of the machine can be significantly extended.

Industrial chillers must pay attention to the safety of the machine when using the machine. Please check the safety equipment of the machine at the beginning of each operation, and ensure the reliability of the ejector and safety door. In the process of machine work, remember not to put your hand into the clamping structure. When taking the finished product, the safety door must be opened. The safety door must be closed after acknowledging personnel safety and no foreign matter in the mold. In addition, the hand cannot reach between the nozzle and the mold gate during work. When repairing the mold, close the oil pump motor.
