1. Working principle
Refrigerated dryers use a refrigeration system to cool compressed air, so that the water in the compressed air can be analyzed, but the temperature cannot be lowered too low to prevent the condensation water from freezing, so it can generally be dried to a pressure dew point of 2 ° C to 10 ° C. If the requirements for gas at the end are not high, it is more appropriate to select a freeze dryer when the pressure dew point is between 2 and 10 ° C.
The adsorption dryer absorbs the moisture in the compressed air in the adsorbent through the desiccant to achieve the purpose of drying. The desiccant that absorbs the moisture needs to be regenerated and the moisture is released. When regenerating, 12% to 15% of the regeneration gas is consumed loss. The adsorption dryer can dry compressed air to a pressure dew point of -20 ° C to -70 ° C. If the end use wants to be higher, the pressure dew point is required to be below 2 ℃, it is more appropriate to choose the adsorption dryer.
