How to Solve High Temperature of Laser Chiller?

As is known to all, the laser will generate certain heat during its operation. It is necessary for the laser water chiller to control its temperature nearby to keep the laser cavity free of thermal deformation, keep the light emitting rate stable and ensure the speed of light quality, and improve the service life and cutting accuracy of the laser.  However, with the approach of high temperature in summer, it is inevitable that there will be high temperature alarm of laser water chillers during use.



What is a laser chiller high temperature alarm?


In general, there are two kinds of high temperature alarm for laser chillers: room temperature ultra-high alarm and water temperature ultra-high alarm.  If E2 code is displayed on the thermostat panel, it is room temperature super high alarm;  If E2 code is displayed, it will be an alarm for water temperature over-high.


How to Solve High Temperature of Laser Chiller?


1. The cooling capacity of the matching laser chiller is insufficient.


In winter, the ambient temperature is low and the cooling effect is good, but in summer, the ambient temperature rises, which affects the normal heat dissipation of the laser water chiller and leads to insufficient cooling capacity of the water chiller, thus the temperature control of the cooling equipment cannot be effectively realized.  The cool ling era suggests that you replace the laser chiller with greater refrigerating capacity.


2. Dust accumulation in laser chillers affects the heat dissipation effect.


Because the dust screen and condenser fin are easy to absorb dust and sundries during the operation of the laser water chiller, if it is not cleaned for a long time, the cooling performance of the water chiller will be affected.  In winter, the ring temperature is low, which has no obvious influence on heat dissipation. When summer comes, the ambient temperature increases, which greatly reduces the heat dissipation effect of the laser water chiller, resulting in insufficient cooling capacity of the laser water chiller.  Users can solve the problem of high temperature alarm of laser water chillers by cleaning the dust from the condenser of the laser water chillers and removing and washing the dust net.


3. The air outlet and air inlet are not smooth.


The unsmooth air outlet and air inlet affect the heat dissipation of the laser water chiller, resulting in insufficient cooling capacity of the water chiller, resulting in high temperature alarm during the operation of the laser water chiller.  Therefore, when the laser chiller works, the outlet and inlet must be unobstructed.
