How to deal with the cold water non-circulation problem of the chiller

In this way, the circulating water pump can suck cold water well, but in some cases, the cold water storage tank (pool) may cause the cold water circulation pump to be higher than the water level of the reservoir due to the installation environment or the limitation, then the cold water system often In the operation, there will be a situation in which the water is not sucked, so that the chiller has a problem of insufficient cold water flow. The chiller manufacturer can check the cause in the fault display on the chiller control operation panel. The solution steps are:  1. Use a hose to fill the cold water pipe from the cold water storage tank (pool) back to the large water pipe on the cold water circulation pump (to open the small valve) and use a wrench to unscrew the small steam plug of the cold water circulation pump (if any) After the water is out, tighten it again. Until the water returns to the cold water storage tank (pool), return the water to the large tube, and pull out the hose to see if there is any bubble. If so, please continue to fill the water until there is no air bubble. valve;  2. At this time, turn on the chiller for 1~3 minutes. If the large tube has a large amount of water back into the pool, there is no problem.  3. If the water backflow is not enough or no water back, repeat the above action of watering.
