The mold temperature machine is also called the mold temperature control machine, which is widely used in various industries such as plastic molding, light guide plate die casting, rubber tires, rollers, chemical reaction kettles, bonding, and mixing. In a broad sense, it is called a temperature control device, which includes two aspects of temperature control: heating and freezing.
The use of mold temperature machines in the plastic industry is relatively common, the main functions are:
1. Improve the molding efficiency of products;
2. Reduce the occurrence of defective products;
3.Improve the appearance of the product and suppress the defects of the product;
4. Speed up production progress, reduce energy consumption and save energy.
The mold temperature machine is also called the mold temperature control machine. It was originally used in the temperature control industry of injection molds. Later, with the development of the machinery industry, the application has become more and more widely. Now the mold temperature machine is generally divided into water temperature machine and oil temperature machine, and the controlled temperature can reach ± 0.1 ℃. The mold temperature machine is composed of water tank, heating and cooling system, power transmission system, liquid level control system, temperature sensor, injection port and other components. Generally, the pump in the power transmission system makes the hot fluid reach the mold from the water tank with built-in heater and cooler, and then returns from the mold to the water tank; the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the hot fluid and transmits the data to the control part. Controller; the controller regulates the temperature of the hot fluid, thereby indirectly regulating the temperature of the mold. If the mold temperature machine is in production, the temperature of the mold exceeds the set value of the controller, the controller will open the solenoid valve to connect the water inlet pipe until the temperature of the hot fluid, that is, the temperature of the mold returns to the set value. If the mold temperature is lower than the set value, the controller will turn on the heater.
